Program Manager

Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with over 10 years of experience in MEP projects, including installation, testing, commissioning, and client handover.

- The ideal candidate has extensive expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM) using Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. The role requires proficiency in project management, strategic planning, cost control, and client coordination for MEP/EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead BIM implementation and model development for projects at client locations and in house teams.

- Manage the creation of BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

- Conduct clash detection and interference checks using Revit MEP and Navisworks.

- Develop techno-commercial bids and pricing strategies for BIM consulting services.

- Provide BIM training on Revit, Navisworks, ACC Docs, and related platforms.

- Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with design requirements and industry best practices.

- Generate MEP layouts, BOQs, schedules, and technical documentation.

- Supervise HVAC system installations, including ducting, piping, and equipment arrangements.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.

- Ensure adherence to CAPEX control, cost reduction strategies, and risk assessment.

- Manage and mentor project teams, including supervisors, foremen, and technicians.

Key Skills & Expertise:

- BIM Software Proficiency: Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360, Autodesk Docs, Autodesk Build.

- Project Management: Budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and resource management.

- MEP & HVAC Systems: Heat load calculations, equipment selection, and site supervision.

- Techno-Commercial Acumen: RFP bidding, pricing models, and client negotiations.

- Coordination & Training: Leading cross-functional teams and conducting BIM training sessions.

Qualifications & Certifications:

- B.E. Mechanical Engineering

- Autodesk Revit MEP & Revit Architecture Certified is preferred.

- Certified in Project Management preferred.
