About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join the Program Management Office (PMO) and work closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives. This role will drive strategic projects across cost optimization, pricing, digital transformation, and new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, a consulting mindset, and the ability to translate strategy into execution in a fast-scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with CXOs and business leaders to define and execute strategic priorities.

- Lead cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects across functions.

- Drive pricing strategy, digital transformation, and process re-engineering initiatives.

- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.

- Develop robust business cases, financial models, and implementation roadmaps.

- Track progress on key programs, ensure cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes.

- Act as a thought partner to leadership, bringing in external benchmarks and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 48 years of experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) or in a founders office / strategy role in a high-growth organization.

- Strong exposure to cost optimization, pricing, digital transformation, or business strategy projects.

- Proven track record of problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project delivery.

- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.

- Strong executive presence and ability to work in high-visibility roles.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
