Job Title: Program Advisor - Executive Education
Location: NCR / Mumbai, India (Hybrid / On-site)
About the Role:
We are seeking Program Advisors with a strong background in consultative sales/advisory roles, particularly within executive education or other high-value B2B services. The role involves engaging senior leaders and CXOs (typically with 20+ years of professional experience) to guide them toward programs that align with their advanced learning and development needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end enrollment process by nurturing leads and converting them into confirmed participants within defined timelines.
- Conduct structured consultations with senior executives, analyzing their professional development goals and recommending suitable programs.
- Manage seamless onboarding for enrolled participants, ensuring documentation and fee processes are completed on time.
- Track and analyze conversion metrics, sharing insights with internal teams to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and participant data in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, program management, and other teams on strategic initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- 5-10 years of experience in executive education, consultative sales, or other B2B high-value services.
- Proven success in engaging and enrolling senior executives/CXOs.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment and conversion targets.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English) with the ability to hold persuasive, empathetic conversations.
- Analytical and consultative approach to understanding client needs and articulating program value.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and telephony software.
- Passion for executive education and continuous learning.
