Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- New Center Expansion Recruitment: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for new center launches, ensuring timely and efficient hiring to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Existing Center Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles within existing centers, from sourcing to offer management, ensuring a consistent talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements and establish effective recruitment plans.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to attract top-tier candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Team Management & Leadership (as applicable)
- Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters or talent acquisition associates (if applicable), fostering a collaborative and high-performing recruitment environment.
- Lead by example in demonstrating best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and senior leadership, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Present recruitment data, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Recruitment Process & Cost Management
- Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
- Manpower Cost Management: Monitor and control recruitment-related costs, identify areas for savings, and ensure recruitment activities remain within budget.
- Optimize recruitment channels and strategies for cost-effectiveness.
- ATS - Implementation and Execution: Play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and daily execution of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow management.
Manpower Utilization & MIS Reporting
- Optimum Utilization of Manpower: Work closely with department heads to understand future staffing needs and align recruitment efforts to ensure optimal utilization of the existing workforce and strategic hiring.
- MIS Reporting: Generate accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline) for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) prior involvement in ATS implementation or significant usage is a plus.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret recruitment metrics and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
