Responsibilities:
- Expansion Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to support the opening of new centers, ensuring timely and successful staffing.
- New Center Expansion Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for new center positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
- Existing Center Hiring: Support ongoing hiring needs for existing centers, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Team Management & Leadership: [If applicable] Lead and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure team goals are met.
- Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Recruitment Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Manpower Cost Management: Work within budget guidelines to ensure cost-effective recruitment strategies.
- MIS Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to track performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- ATS - Implementation and Execution: Utilize and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and ensure data accuracy.
- Optimum Utilization of Manpower: Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure efficient allocation of manpower resources.
