Position : Social Media Manager.

Job Overview:

- Progenesis Fertility Center is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead content execution, campaign ideation, and brand storytelling.

- This role will oversee social media content, doctor and patient video shoots, creative innovation, and brand positioning across all platforms.

- The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, expertise in content-driven campaigns, and experience in healthcare or patient-centric storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative campaign ideas to improve social media engagement and brand storytelling.

- Work on creative formats, including reels, carousels, behind-the-scenes content, and live sessions.

- Plan seasonal and awareness-driven fertility awareness campaigns.

- Plan and execute patient/doctor-led video series, Q&A sessions, and awareness-based content.

- Ensure high-quality storytelling through well-executed video shoots and edits.

- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors to bring ideas to life.

- Ensure all social media content aligns with brand voice, aesthetics, and storytelling goals.

- Experiment with interactive content formats, such as patient testimonials, clinic walkthroughs, and myth-busting series.

- Oversee the daily execution of organic social media posts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

- Engage with the audience, ensuring prompt replies to comments, messages, and inquiries.

- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into Progenesis's strategy.

- Collaborate with influencers, fertility coaches, and healthcare communities for brand collaborations.

- Conceptualize in-clinic visual branding elements that enhance patient engagement.

- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize based on engagement metrics.

- Monitor audience sentiment and content performance through social media analytics tools.

- Provide monthly reports with insights and creative improvement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- 3+ years of experience in social media content strategy, brand storytelling, or creative marketing.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content creation.

- Proven experience in campaign ideation and execution.

- Knowledge of video shoot planning and execution.

- Ability to coordinate with designers, content creators, and video editors.

- Passion for healthcare storytelling and emotional brand engagement.
