Production Manager - FPSO

We are looking for a Production Manager - FPSO with extensive experience in offshore oil and gas operations.

The role requires expertise in FPSO process systems, regulatory compliance, and technical support to ensure efficient production operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee technical and operational support for FPSO process systems.

- Ensure FPSO compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

- Collaborate with Supply Chain, HSEQ, and Engineering teams to optimize operations.

- Provide technical guidance to Operations, Maintenance, and Marine Managers.

- Perform process simulations, heat & mass balance calculations, and flow assurance analyses.

- Review and provide engineering solutions for Management of Change (MOC) requests.

- Analyze shutdowns, breakdowns, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Develop and maintain routine reporting dashboards to track operational performance.

- Support incident investigations and emergency response teams as needed.

- Ensure compliance with O&M KPIs related to production.

- Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Maintain and document lessons learned from operational incidents and audits.

- Conduct training programs and competency evaluations for offshore teams.

- Visit the offshore unit monthly for performance monitoring and planning.

- Act as a mentor and resource for new employees.

Identify and suggest operational improvements across FPSO functions.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in an FPSO/Offshore operations role within an Operating Company.

- In-depth knowledge of FPSO technical and contractual specifications.

- Strong understanding of process engineering standards, international regulations, and safety compliance.

- Experience in offshore production operations and performance standard requirements.

- Proficiency in process simulations, RCA methodologies, and data analytics.

- Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and drive operational excellence
