Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Production/Operations Head with extensive experience in AHU/HVAC manufacturing. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end production, drive operational efficiency, ensure timely delivery, and implement best practices in manufacturing and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage production planning, shop floor operations, and team performance.

- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

- Optimize processes to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.

- Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams for seamless operations.

- Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S principles.

- Ensure timely execution of production targets and delivery schedules.

Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in AHU/HVAC or related manufacturing sector.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Proven track record in production management and operational excellence.

- Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing tools preferred.
