Position : Product Owner - D365 F&O Location : Bangalore Work Mode : Hybrid About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and experienced Product Owner to lead the development of solutions within the D365 F&O finance services space. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-value features that drive business impact. Responsibilities: - Own and manage the product backlog, aligning it with the company's goals and customer needs. - Develop a clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders and development teams. - Collaborate with Business Owners, Product Managers, and Subject Matter Experts to translate business objectives into actionable product requirements. - Prioritize tasks based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility. - Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that development efforts align with user expectations. - Partner with Agile development teams to provide clear goals, detailed requirements, and iterative feedback. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative. - Drive alignment across teams by coordinating scope, dependencies, and timelines. Qualifications: - Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within the D365 F&O finance services ecosystem. - Solid understanding of financial processes, particularly in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR). - Experience in developing and executing product roadmaps with clear milestones. - Strong background in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Scrum practices. - Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships. - Relevant certifications such as Certified Agile Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent. - D365 and DevOps certifications are preferred.
