Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap planning to execution and launch.

- Define and drive the product vision, aligning it with business objectives and user needs.

- Champion the customer perspective by leveraging user-centered design principles to create intuitive and impactful experiences.

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring new products to market.

- Develop and maintain a data-driven approach to decision-making by leveraging analytics, market research, and user feedback.

- Utilize the SVPG model to drive product development strategies effectively.

- Create and execute Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) while iterating based on market and customer feedback.

- Influence stakeholders across different teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment on product goals.

- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and define detailed requirements for development teams.

- Drive go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing and sales to ensure successful product adoption.

- Foster a startup culture by promoting agility, innovation, and rapid experimentation.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, competition, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


Must-Have Skills


- 2+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 2 years in product management.

- Strong experience in B2B2C SaaS products.

- Expertise in launching new products from ideation to market.

- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and customer-centric development.

- Hands-on experience with MVP development and an iterative approach to product building.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and analytics for decision-making.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.


Good-to-Have Skills:


- Prior experience working in high-growth startup environments.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with customer journey mapping and growth hacking strategies.

- Ability to drive A/B testing and optimize products based on insights.

- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the SaaS industry
