Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., business, technology, compliance) to understand their needs, gather requirements, and manage expectations.

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories, epics, and other product backlog items.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, visible, and reflects the current understanding of the product.

- Refine and groom the backlog regularly.

- Sprint Planning and Execution: Participate in sprint planning sessions, working closely with the development team to define sprint goals and select user stories for each sprint.

- Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

- Accept user stories upon successful completion, ensuring they meet the defined requirements.

- Conduct product demonstrations and participate in sprint reviews, showcasing completed features to stakeholders and gathering feedback.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

- Track product performance metrics and report on progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize product value.

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including development teams, business users, and management.

- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and ensure alignment.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve product development processes and agile practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Experience in the Banking domain is essential.

- CBAP, CSPO/Agile certification preferred.

- Strong understanding of business analysis principles.

- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

- Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project skills.

- Logical approach to problem-solving and an excellent eye for detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong leadership, self-motivation, and ability to influence across functional lines.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

- Excellent facilitating and moderating skills.

- Exposure to JIRA, Clarity, and Confluence is preferred.

- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

- High levels of attention to detail and conflict resolution skills.
