Marketing Manager
Location - Chandigarh
Role Summary:
Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, new product development, and brand growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in P&L management, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, consumer insights, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, including positioning, messaging, launch timelines, and post-launch analysis.
- Build and manage a strong brand identity through creative campaigns, media outreach, and public relations initiatives to increase awareness and trust.
- Plan and execute social media strategies and influencer partnerships to build online engagement, generate buzz, and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling assets - product videos, launch creatives, PR kits, social content, etc.
- Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, PR, events, and retail to boost brand visibility and product performance.
- Monitor brand visibility across platforms; optimise campaigns and placements to enhance reach and impact.
