About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and user-focused Product Manager (open to different levels) to own end-to-end product development across our consumer and partner-facing platforms. This is a cross-functional role that blends strategy, execution, and user empathy.
Depending on your level of experience, you may either drive an entire product vertical or support one - from conceptualization to execution, with full ownership of metrics, adoption, and iteration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and strategy in alignment with overall company goals.
- Own the roadmap for your product area - prioritize features based on impact, user needs, and business value.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and Sales teams to deliver world-class products.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, competitor analysis, and use insights to inform product decisions.
- Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of product releases.
- Work with B2C growth and B2B sales/partnership teams to ensure product-market fit.
- Set and track product metrics (engagement, adoption, retention, conversion, NPS).
- Act as the voice of the customer - both end-users and business clients.
- Drive continuous improvement via experimentation (A/B testing, user feedback loops).
What We're Looking For:
- 2-8 years of experience in Product Management in tech-led companies (consumer tech, SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, e-comm, etc.).
- Proven success in building and scaling products, ideally across both B2C and B2B segments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you're comfortable aligning with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with agile product development teams.
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action.
