Product Manager - SaaS

- We are hiring for a dynamic company focused on industry - wellness, mental health, technology, etc.

- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

-Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to deliver high-impact solutions.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to refine product features.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to enhance customer engagement and retention.

- Define clear metrics for success and continuously optimize product performance.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure seamless communication between teams.

- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management ,Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product development frameworks. Experience with customer research, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience collaborating with design teams. Familiarity with technology stacks, APIs, and software development processes is a plus.

- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products. Exposure to AI-driven products, wellness platforms, or subscription-based models. Understanding of growth marketing and conversion rate optimization.
