Responsibilities:
Subscription Model Ownership:
- Lead the 01 development and launch of a customer-facing subscription-based product tailored for the insurance industry.
Rewards & Loyalty Strategy:
- Design and scale a rewards and loyalty program to drive engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.
Customer Insights & Analytics:
- Conduct deep user research and behavior analysis to personalize offerings and improve program effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, legal, and design teams to deliver seamless subscription and rewards experiences.
Lifecycle Management:
- Own the customer journey across touchpoints acquisition, activation, renewal, and churn mitigation.
Product Roadmap & Execution:
- Define, prioritize, and execute on the roadmap for subscription and loyalty features, including payments, reward redemptions, and integrations.
Compliance & Data Privacy:
- Ensure all offerings meet regulatory requirements specific to the insurance sector.
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, with at least 12 years focused on rewards and loyalty programs
- Hands-on experience building or scaling subscription products
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies
- Data-driven approach with experience in using analytics tools
- Familiarity with insurance or fintech domains is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Skills:
- Background in consumer tech or Insurtech startups
- Experience with gamification or customer incentives
- Agile product development experience
