Product Manager - NBFC

Responsibilities:

- Build and launch personal loans for Fi's NBFC entity.

- Build a forward-looking roadmap for key infrastructure like loan management systems, KYC modules, and loan repayments for the NBFC entity.

- More broadly, work with business and engineering teams to work on positioning and key product features for personal loans on Fi.

- Define a roadmap for loans disbursed under NBFC as well as other lender partner programs.

- Work closely with the credit risk and collections team on loan program enhancements as well as internal tools to manage portfolio NPA.

- Enhancements include data collection and assessment for credit risk, loan offer pricing optimizations as well as enabling a seamless payments experience.

Requirements:

- You have 4+ years of product management experience.

- You have previous experience building/growing consumer or merchant lending products.

- You have built or know in-house LOS and LMS systems.

- You have worked closely with business, and partnerships teams to define strategy and roadmap.

- You're able to work with and influence external partners to brainstorm and ship product features
