Product Manager - LRD/Developer Finance/Banking

Job Title: Product Manager - LRD / Developer Finance.

Reports To: Business Head - LRD.

Location: Mumbai.

Experience: 5-10 years.

Job Purpose:

Own and grow the Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) product end-to-end, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage LRD policies, SOPs, and product documentation.

- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance.

- Define credit eligibility, norms, and risk frameworks with credit, risk, and legal teams.

- Partner with sales to drive adoption and portfolio quality.

- Monitor performance (disbursals, yields, delinquencies) and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with operations and tech teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

- 5-10 years in NBFCs, HFCs, or Banking, preferably with LRD or real estate financing exposure.

- MBA/CA/Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of LRD, lending, compliance, and risk frameworks.

- Experience in product management, credit, policy formulation, and stakeholder management.
