Position Title: Product Manager

Location: Mumbai

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Category Head

Job Summary:

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product innovation and growth for our B2B brand. This position involves managing the product portfolio, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development and Innovation:

- Lead the development and launch of new chocolate products that meet market demands and customer preferences.

- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure product quality and innovation.

2. Market Analysis and Insights:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

3. Product Marketing:

- Develop and execute product marketing plans that highlight the unique qualities and benefits of our chocolates.

- Create compelling product stories and marketing materials for chefs, bakers, chocolatiers, and patisseries.

4. Sales and Customer Engagement:

- Work closely with the sales team to support customer engagement and drive product adoption.

- Provide training and support to sales staff on product features and benefits.

5. Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers to continuously improve offerings.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.

- Strong understanding of product marketing and customer engagement.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Profile & Experience:

- MBA from a reputed B-School with 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the FMCG or food services industry.

Must have exposure to the following functional areas:

- Product development

- Product marketing

- Field sales

- Market research
