Product Manager - FinTech

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy, innovation, and execution in the Fintech industry.

This is a strategic role that requires collaboration with multiple teams to deliver world-class products that meet compliance and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation to post-launch optimization.

- Conduct market research & user analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams for smooth delivery.

- Define and monitor KPIs & product performance metrics to optimize user experience.

- Ensure regulatory compliance (KYC/AML, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.

- Drive go-to-market strategy and partner with sales for product growth.

- Communicate updates and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
