Product Manager - FinTech

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-8 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, lending tech, or handset financing.

- Proven track record in product distribution and market expansion across different geographies, especially emerging markets.

- Strong knowledge of lending products, mobile finance ecosystems, and customer needs in handset financing.

- Experience in market research, analytics, and strategic planning.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and clients.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision- making.

- Willingness to travel extensively and work closely with on-ground teams in diverse markets

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development:

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for handset financing solutions, with a focus on continuous enhancement of product features and technology to meet market needs.

- Identify and leverage growth levers such as partnerships, new distribution channels, and emerging market trends to drive product adoption and market penetration.

Geographical Expansion:

- Develop and execute a distribution strategy to expand handset financing across diverse geographies, with a focus on local market adaptation.

- Work closely with on-ground teams and distribution partners to ensure effective product rollout and market activation.

Client Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with client teams to understand customer needs, identify areas of improvement, and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Conduct client and partner training sessions on product functionalities, market positioning, and value proposition.
