Product Manager - Consumer Durables
Job Description:
Business Planning:
- Work on the Annual Business Plan for the Product
- Work on developing the Annual marketing plan
Product Life Cycle Management:
- Identify Opportunities for New Product development
- Develop distribution & pricing strategies to increase market share
- Explore Profitable Line Extensions
- Manage the entire product life cycle
- Develop GTM strategy for new Product & Geography launches
Marketing Communication:
- Work closely with Marketing Communication Team to develop effective ATL, BTL & Digital Marcom strategy & actualize the campaigns for achieving the desired business plan
Sales Support:
- Work in the area of developing the Trade promotion incentives & Sales incentives
- Plan & Direct and customize the marketing communication & promotions across geographies for max impact
Business Process:
- Development of Key Dashboards, MIS for developing deeper consumer & market insights and management reporting
- Benchmark competition & take preventive and corrective action in the area of pricing, promotion & trade
- Monitor & analyze on a monthly basis revenue (Volume & Value) across geography, trade, SKU's & suggest correct actions based on consumer insights & analytics to maintain the sales velocity planned for the year
