Remarks:

- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager with a strong background in Microfinance, NBFC operations, Banking, and Insurance products.

- The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in handling financial products such as E-Rickshaw Loans, Micro Enterprise Loans (MEL), group loans, and cross-sell products (insurance, savings-linked products, etc.

- The role requires driving product design, development, and execution, ensuring profitability, compliance, and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities:

Microfinance Products:

- Develop, enhance, and manage products like E-Rickshaw Loans, MEL, and other microfinance offerings.

Banking & Insurance Integration:

- Identify and implement opportunities to cross-sell banking and insurance products to microfinance customers.

- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking for product development.

- Collaborate with credit, risk, operations, insurance partners, and technology teams for seamless implementation.

- Monitor product portfolio, performance, and profitability while ensuring risk mitigation.

- Draft product policies, SOPs, and compliance documents as per RBI/NBFC/IRDA guidelines.

- Train field teams and branches for new product rollout, customer education, and sales enablement.

- Analyze MIS and data reports to recommend product improvements.

- Stay updated with NBFC, Banking, and Insurance regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Management, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Microfinance / NBFC / Banking / Insurance sector.

- Hands-on knowledge of microfinance products (E-Rickshaw Loan, MEL, Group Loans).

- Strong exposure to banking services and insurance (life & general insurance products).

- Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks (RBI, NBFC, IRDAI).

- Excellent analytical, product development, and business strategy skills.

- Strong communication and leadership qualities for cross-functional coordination
