We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead our reward supply ecosystem-from sourcing and partner integration to fulfillment and reconciliation. You'll own the supply-side strategy, partner relationships, and operational tooling that power our incentive and rewards platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Strategy:
- Define and own the supply-side product roadmap-sourcing, onboarding, and managing a diverse catalog of reward partners
- Identify and launch new categories that align with client needs and enhance product-market fit
- Work closely with GTM and customer teams to ensure supply matches demand signals
Partnerships & Negotiation:
- Build long-term commercial relationships with regional and global partners
- Understand partner business models, P&Ls, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms
- Act as the commercial owner for key supply partnerships
Product Integration & Platformization:
- Lead end-to-end integrations: APIs, inventory systems, fulfillment logic, and backend workflows
- Work with engineering to scale platform capabilities for partner onboarding, catalog sync, and real-time availability
- Own internal tools that improve partner experience, reconciliation, and supply management
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee fulfillment, vendor ops, and reconciliation across the reward supply chain
- Drive operational scalability through automation, tooling, and process redesign
- Build systems for SLA tracking, dispute resolution, and vendor performance
P&L Ownership:
- Own and optimize supply-side economics: margins, breakage, catalog efficiency, and operational costs
- Ensure a balance of catalog breadth and profitability
- Build frameworks to measure ROI and partner-level performance
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years in Product Management, Business Development, or Partnerships, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, travel-tech, or loyalty ecosystems
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in partner negotiations, P&L management, and commercial structuring
- Hands-on experience working with APIs, backend systems, or inventory/logistics platforms
- Track record of building internal tools/platforms for vendor ops, reconciliation, or supply chain workflows
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, ops, and business
- Deep understanding of how to scale and structure supply ecosystems with a balance of unit economics and partner satisfaction
Preferred Industry Backgrounds:
- We also value candidates with experience at companies operating in:
- Travel-tech or B2B travel supply platforms (e.g., TBO Tech, DreamFolks, TFS,)
- B2B arms of travel aggregators like Cleartrip for Business or MakeMyTrip for Business
- Loyalty, rewards, fintech, or payments ecosystems
- Logistics-heavy, fulfillment-centric platforms with catalog or partner complexity
