A Dubai- based online travel portal established in 2007, offering flight and hotel bookings across over 3- 000 destinations and 1- million+ properties globally.


It also provides holiday packages, UAE tourist visas and worldwide visa assistance.


Originally focused on leisure travel, it expanded into corporate travel management in 2017, serving more than 2- 000 businesses.

Role Overview:

This role would give you the opportunity to build something new, work closely with our product & technology teams and require close collaboration with operations, marketing and business teams with a strong B2C focus.


It is an end-to-end problem solving role for candidates who are eager to learn and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

The role demands logical thinking and a high level of interest in internet dynamics, problem solving and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on some key projects which are instrumental in the growth of the organization. You'll be largely involved in:

- Product Development: Ideate, propose & assist in the product development lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, and launch.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.

- Data Analysis: Analyze user data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for new features.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product features align with user needs and business goals.

- User Experience Testing: Participate in user experience testing sessions, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve product usability.

- Documentation: Help create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and product roadmaps.

- Project Management: Support project management activities, prioritization including tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating team efforts.

Qualifications:

- Education: Engineering graduates Computer Science or any other related stream. MBA is a plus.

- Experience in Travel: Previous experience in the Travel Tech domain is highly desirable.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback.

- Passion for Technology: Interest in technology, software development, and product management.

- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Adaptability - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and changing priorities.
