We're now looking for a Product Manager who is obsessed with the future of AI and can lead the charge in bringing real-world Agentic AI use cases to life.

Your Mission:

As our first Agentic AI Product Manager, you'll take ownership of how autonomous agents are designed, orchestrated, and trusted by users inside our platform. You'll define what tasks agents should perform, how they work with humans, and how we make them safe, accurate, and reliable.

This role blends high-level product strategy with deep collaboration across AI, engineering, and design teams.

What You'll Do:

- Lead agentic product strategy: Define the roadmap for agentic AI capabilities-prioritizing features where agents can drive clear business impact.

- Design real-world AI workflows: Collaborate with engineers and designers to craft agent behaviors, interactions, and escalation logic that feel intuitive and valuable to users.

- Bridge UX and LLMs: Translate the complexity of AI into seamless user experiences that abstract away prompt engineering and technical jargon.

- Drive trust and reliability: Champion product decisions that ensure AI outputs are transparent, auditable, and aligned with user goals.

- Run experiments and validate: Use data, feedback, and rapid iterations to test agent performance, user adoption, and impact on core metrics.

- Shape the platform: Work closely with our founding team to influence core infrastructure decisions around agent orchestration, API integrations, and MLOps.

What You'll Bring:

- 4+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products

- Familiarity with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, or tools like LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel

- Ability to design and ship user-centric AI features, even when underlying systems are probabilistic

- Strong product thinking and communication skills-comfortable explaining AI logic to designers and user pain points to engineers

- Startup DNA: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iterations, and wearing multiple hats

- Bonus: experience with prompt engineering, knowledge graphs, or human-in-the-loop systems
