Product Manager

Job Title: Product Owner.

Location: Hyderabad.

Employment Type: Initially it will be Contract.

Experience Level: Mid to Senior Job.

Overview:

As a Product Owner, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and delivering our product vision.

You'll work closely with founders, developers, and early users to define, build, and refine our product roadmap.

This is a foundational role with high ownership, suited for someone who can think strategically but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product roadmap from conception to execution.

- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.

- Work closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders to build MVPs and iterate fast.

- Define and prioritize the product backlog.

- Validate ideas and features through user feedback, market research, and analytics.

- Make data-driven decisions and advocate for the best user experience.

- Establish metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

- Act as the voice of the customer within the development team.

- Help scale the product and team as the company grows.

Requirements:

- 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.

- Proven experience launching products from scratch, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to synthesize complex requirements into actionable tasks.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes typical of startup life.

- Experience working closely with engineers.

- Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle is a plus.

- Experience in supply chain management - from manufacturing to delivery - with ability to optimize product flows, vendor coordination, and logistics.

Nice to Have:

- Previous startup or early-stage company experience.

- Background in SaaS, B2B, or mobile-first products.

- Experience conducting user interviews and product discovery workshops.
