Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to own and deliver impactful product features that delight users and drive business growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to rapidly ship products that solve real customer problems. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end - from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and iteration.

- Translate user insights and data into actionable product improvements.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data to ensure smooth delivery.

- Track product performance metrics and optimize features for user engagement and business growth.

- Maintain alignment with stakeholders on priorities, progress, and roadmap.

What We're Looking For:

- 3-7 years of experience in product management, preferably with user-facing products.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA from a Tier 1 institute.

- Proven track record of launching successful products.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- A passion for user-centered design and creative problem-solving.
