Job Description: Product Manager ( Performance Module ).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Utilize analytics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Engage in market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Assist in the development of product strategies and roadmaps.
- Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements.
Minimum Qualification and Skills:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the Software industry.
- Experience of working in product management function.
- Should have experience of Performance management systems.
- Strong skills in PRDs, Competitive Analysis, Analytics, and Market Research.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
