Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and specifications.
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria that guide the development process.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, iterating on the product to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development.
- Identifying key features of the product - based on market intelligence - decide on the trade-offs involved
- Work with designers to create prototypes / renders and finalizing the design
Must Have Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- 4+ years of experience in product management or related role.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Able to present his / her point of view and back it up.
