Job Summary:
We are hiring for a high-growth B2B SaaS company looking for a Product Lead - Growth who can drive demand, user acquisition, and lifecycle engagement using product-first strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy to onboard B2B clients via scalable, digital funnels
- Lead client analytics and user behavior analysis to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Own the product roadmap for features like dashboards, campaign tools, and analytics
- Partner with marketing & sales to drive digital acquisition through the product
- Define client lifecycle features from onboarding to long-term advocacy
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years in Product or Growth Management in tech/SaaS
- Proven success in driving user acquisition via product-led initiatives
- Proficient with analytics tools, A/B testing, cohort analysis
- Experience building client-facing dashboards and campaign tools
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Good-to-Have :
- Background in B2B SaaS or PLG environments
- Experience with experimentation frameworks
- Fast iteration mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
