We are looking for an exceptionally talented professional in our Hyderabad/BLR/Delhi office.
This group is responsible for working with technology teams throughout the process lifecycle to specify, develop, and implement the firms' infrastructure and new middle-and-back-office applications.
This position offers exciting opportunities to bridge product management and client relationship management; and to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
What You'll Do?
- Contribute in crafting the product vision for one or more Fund and Investor Allocation Product modules
- Distill the vision into product roadmap and feature specifications by requirement gathering and business analysis
- Contribute in creating the product roadmap and manage product backlog
- Collaborate closely with developers/architects to translate the Product Specification to design and eventual product
- Articulate business case, estimate budgets & timelines; communicate with all stakeholders
- Prepare project plans, release plans & notes and conduct timely business-technology governance meetings
- Work with different product team on projects cutting across multiple product areas to provide comprehensive business solutions
What You'll Need?
- 6+ years of overall experience; Experience in products management will be added advantage
- Expert level knowledge of Investor allocations for alternative investment industry, particularly Private Equity
- Knowledge of Private Equity, Fund of Funds, Committed Capital structure and Side Pockets
- Familiarity with various Management and Performance Fee structures and investor return calculations
- An outstanding academic background and the passion to work in a high-tech software development environment
- Critical thinking and the ability to articulate standpoints/ideas and influence stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently
- A healthy combination of resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity and execution prowess
