We are hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling SaaS product company focused on helping B2B clients drive ROI through product-first growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Demand Strategy: Develop and execute a product-led growth (PLG) strategy to attract and onboard new B2B clients via scalable, data-driven digital funnels
- Client Insights: Lead product discovery and user data analysis to understand existing customer behavior and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Product Roadmap: Own and prioritize the roadmap for demand-side features like dashboards, campaign tools, analytics, and reporting
- Digital Acquisition: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize acquisition through the product as a primary growth lever
- Lifecycle Management: Define features to optimize the entire client journey from onboarding to retention and long-term advocacy
Skills Required:
- 10+ years of experience as a Product or Growth Manager in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment
- Proven success in driving user acquisition and engagement via product-led initiatives
- Strong command over analytics tools, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user behavior insights
- Experience building B2B dashboards, campaign tools, or client-facing product features
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and engineering
Desirable Skills:
- Background in B2B SaaS or high-growth product companies
- Familiarity with PLG-specific tooling and experimentation frameworks
- Process-driven mindset with a bias toward rapid iteration and measurable outcomes
