- The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics.
- They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize product funnels & user journeys - Identify drop-offs, analyze friction points, and provide actionable insights to improve conversions and engagement.
- Measure & enhance marketing performance - Work closely with the growth team to analyze acquisition channels, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Develop insights-driven product recommendations - Use data to refine onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Build & maintain dashboards - Track KPIs across product and marketing, ensuring visibility into key performance metrics.
- Experimentation & A/B testing - Design, run, and analyze experiments to improve user experience and conversion rates.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or growth analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Clevertap, GA4, Amplitude, etc.
- Ability to work with large datasets, extract insights, and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-first approach to decision-making.
- Good to Have.
- Exposure to marketing analytics, attribution models, and paid performance tracking.
- Experience in fintech, broking, or consumer apps.
- Basic understanding of Python/R for data analysis.
