About the Role

We are hiring a Procurement Consultant for a short-term, high-impact consulting project with a leading automotive components manufacturer. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management within the automotive industry, particularly in the 2-wheeler segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement operations, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement effective sourcing strategies

- Evaluate supplier quotations, lead vendor selection, and support onboarding processes

- Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues

- Drive cost-saving initiatives and maintain procurement documentation

Candidate Requirements

- 4-10 years of experience in procurement or sourcing in the automotive components sector

- Experience with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers; exposure to 2-wheeler components preferred

- Strong knowledge of supplier development, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations

- Willingness to work on-site in Aurangabad throughout the contract duration

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
