Job Summary:

The Manager - Procurement (CA) will lead the finance side of all purchasing activities. This includes verifying purchase orders and invoices, managing payments, maintaining records, ensuring tax compliance, and working closely with vendors and internal teams to optimize procurement costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement accounts, approve purchase orders, vendor bills, and related documents.

- Oversee vendor payments and ensure timely processing.

- Ensure GST, TDS, and other tax compliances on all procurement transactions.

- Maintain procurement budgets, cost analysis, and reports.

- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and reconciliations.

- Collaborate with purchase, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth operations.

- Generate reports on procurement costs and vendor payments for management review.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Chartered Accountant (CA Final preferred) with 5 to 8 years of experience.

- Knowledge of procurement finance, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

- Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage teams.

- Comfortable working at Bahadurgarh location.
