Process Auditor - CA - Bengaluru (Immediate/Early Joiners)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization, providing exposure to senior management and diverse divisions. You will be involved in conducting risk-based audits, reporting findings, and driving process improvements, all within a hybrid working model and rotational shifts.

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid Working Model + Rotational Shifts)

Responsibilities:

- Conduct risk-based audits, supporting the Audit Manager in delivering each audit assignment, which includes scoping, testing, agreeing findings, and escalating issues when required.

- Document the results of audit work according to internal requirements and IIA standards.

- Occasionally perform work paper reviews and coach junior team members on allocated audit assignments.

- Identify process improvements, efficiency, and automation opportunities as part of audit engagements and special ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk-Based Assessments, Internal Controls/Compliance, and US GAAP.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Power BI. Ability to work in a hybrid model with flexibility to work from both office and home as required.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
