Job Title: PCG Elite Sales

Department: Private Client Group (PCG) Sales

Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive wealth management strategy focused on wealth creation, preservation, and enhancement for high-net-worth clients.

- Showcase the complete suite of Kotak Group's financial products to clients, including Mutual Funds, PMS/AIF strategies, Structured Products, Alternative Assets, Direct Equity, Unlisted Investment Opportunities, and Consumer/Business Asset Loan Products.

- Provide tailored financial solutions based on client investment profiles in collaboration with the Product and Research Teams.

- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with client goals, market conditions, and internal risk frameworks.

- Proactively engage with clients to educate them on investment options, financial planning strategies, and associated risks.

- Identify and acquire new clients while strengthening relationships with existing clients to expand their portfolio under management.

- Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the PCG Elite segment.

- Ensure strict adherence to KYC, SEBI regulations, and all financial industry compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of wealth management, investment products, and financial markets.

- Ability to assess client risk appetite and recommend appropriate investment solutions.

- Excellent relationship management and client acquisition skills.

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.

- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines governing the financial services industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification in Finance, Banking, or related field.

- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Wealth Management, PCG Sales, or Investment Advisory.

- Certifications: NISM certifications as per SEBI guidelines (if applicable).
