We are looking at candidates with the below key expertise:
- Experience in wealth management, private banking and client management with strong sales skills.
- Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI, family offices and corporates.
- Increase AUM, Net Sales and Market Share for the firm.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, financial products, regulatory changes, and emerging investment trends to provide informed advice and innovative solutions to the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Wealth Manager/ Private Banker or similar role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing High Net-worth Individual (HNI) / Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI) and Family Offices cliental relationships and portfolios.
- Execute strategies, aligned with the organisation's goal to be leading wealth management firm.
- Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to tailor personalized investment strategies/portfolios.
- Provide ongoing communication and proactive updates to clients regarding portfolio performance, asset allocation and market developments to identify opportunities & risks.
- Acquire new clients (via references from existing clients & open market) and increase engagement of existing clients by providing complete financial planning solutions & portfolio reviews.
- Monitoring monthly metrics & KPIs, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
- Mentoring internal & external stakeholders on various process and regulatory requirements.
- Building relationship with key clients, acquiring new client, ensuring their retention and repeat business generation providing the best-in-class client services availing multiple products and services.
- Providing best in class research advisory to the selected strata of clients with the intention of becoming the sole banker with highest wallet share for the client.
- Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client's personal data, align clients need through superior service, seamlessly align service delivery for enhanced experience; thereby helping the client to reach his short term and long-term investment goals
- Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients for better advisory on investment needs.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Educational Qualifications: Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline
- Experience: 5-15 years of Wealth Management/ Private Banker experience in the finance industry since the hiring is open for multiple grades across the firm.
- Understanding of market pulse, knowledge on investment products, understanding of wealth platform.
- Strong network within the HNI and Ultra HNI segments and Family offices.
- Ability to build and maintain long term relationships, deepening relationship and growing revenues.
- Pleasant personality, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- High ownership, proactive and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external).
