Principal Officer/Chief Executive Officer/Head - Insurance

- The Principal Officer will lead the strategic direction, business growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance of our client.

- This includes overseeing profit and loss (P&L) management, expanding market reach, and ensuring excellence across all insurance broking operations. The PO will work closely with the Board of Directors to align strategic priorities, navigate regulatory landscapes, and drive innovation in insurance services. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in insurance broking, regulatory compliance, and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and implement a robust strategic vision for the insurance broking business, focusing on life, health, motor, and general insurance.

2) P&L Management & Financial Performance: Take ownership of the company's financial performance, ensuring all business units achieve revenue and profitability targets.

3) Board Management & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the key liaison between the Board of Directors and executive leadership, providing transparent updates on strategy, performance, and risk management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven senior executive experience in the insurance broking industry, with expertise in life, health, motor, and general insurance.

- In-depth knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance market dynamics.
