Principal Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Consultant ARIS with strong expertise in ARIS APG (ARIS Process Governance) and ARIS GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). The ideal candidate should have 45 years of hands-on experience in Software AG ARIS platform, including process modeling, governance workflows, and risk compliance frameworks. This role will be based out of Mumbai Andheri East and is ideal for professionals passionate about driving business transformation through process excellence and compliance automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of ARIS APG and GRC modules for enterprise clients.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for process modeling and governance automation.

- Design and implement custom workflows, approval hierarchies, and governance processes using ARIS APG.

- Develop and maintain ARIS-based process architecture, frameworks, and governance models.

- Configure and manage GRC risk catalogs, controls, and compliance frameworks in ARIS.

- Provide guidance on best practices in process modeling, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

- Support integration of ARIS with other enterprise tools and systems (e.g., SAP, BPM platforms).

- Act as a subject matter expert and support pre-sales activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 45 years of experience working with Software AG ARIS, including APG and GRC modules.

- Strong understanding of business process modeling (BPMN), risk & control frameworks, and workflow automation.

- Experience in configuring process governance workflows, role-based access, and compliance structures.

- Good knowledge of ARIS Designer, ARIS Architect, ARIS Publisher, and reporting tools.
