Key Responsibilities:

- Leading complex M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.

What We're Looking For:

- LL.B. degree from a top university.

- 6-8 years of experience in General Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity/VC.

- Proven expertise in handling complex, high-stakes deals.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and drafting skills.

- Business acumen and a sharp understanding of market dynamics.

- Ability to lead and inspire a team under pressure.
