A leading GCC Client of ours is looking for a Principal Agentic AI Leader .
Candidates with 18+ years of experience overall would be a fit.
Experience in AI, Gen Ai, Agentic Ai for atleast 6+ years is a must.
The Overall Accountabilities are as follows:
- Agentic AI Strategy & Design: Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture vision and roadmap for Agentic AI, aligning with business strategy, key stakeholders, and emerging technology trends.
- Architectural Patterns: Design and document reusable architectural patterns for integrating AI agents across various platforms and business functions.
- Agent Governance Framework: Partner across teams to establish and maintain a comprehensive Agent Governance framework, addressing ethical considerations, security, compliance, and risk management.
- Collaboration & Partnership: Partner with Data and Analytics, Data Governance, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on Agentic AI strategy, governance, and implementation.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging Agentic AI technologies and platforms, providing recommendations on their suitability
- Future-Facing Perspective: Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of Agentic AI, including advancements in AI models, agent frameworks, and governance practices.
- Communication & Advocacy: Communicate the value and benefits of Agentic AI to stakeholders across the organization, advocating for its responsible and strategic adoption.
Partnerships and Benchmarking
- Maintain and develop new contacts within the candidate's professional network of AI architects, data scientists, and leading AI consultants/vendors.
