Candidate is only from manufacturing/FMCG/Life science/Medical Healthcare Background.

JOB Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

- Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepares internal and external financial reports.

- Maintains or oversees the control of accounts and records in such areas as disbursements, expenses, tax payments and income.

- Compiles and analyzes financial information to record transactions, prepare reports, and review and verify accuracy.

- Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow statements, prepares and consolidates financial statements, and other accounting schedules and reports.

- Designs, modifies, installs, and/or maintains accounting systems to ensure an adequate recognition of financial transactions.

- Responsible for the adherence to and communication of accounting and auditing policies and procedures and internal controls.

- Responsible for month end close.

- May be responsible for technical support and accounting of M&A activities.

- May oversee technical accounting research for complex business transactions and implementation of new accounting standards.

- Responsible to manage external relationships with bankers, tax consultants, statutory auditors.

- Put process and ensures adherence to various compliance requirements.

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM:

- Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty.

- Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.

- May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.

- The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects - from design to implementation while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

- Typically manages major / moderately complex projects, involving delegation of work and review of work products, at times acting as a team leader.

- Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

- May have broad knowledge of project management.

- Stakeholder Management: To work with different stake holders in getting the business goals delivered and ability to work with Senior leadership team on decision making process.

- Innovation: Identify areas for simplification and automation.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

- 7-10 years of finance and accounting experience.

Industry - Healthcare / Pharmaceutical experience preferred.

CA Controllership experience in business roles in a MNC is a must.

Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel tools.

Knowledge of Power Bi.

Ability to Comprehend and implement accounting literature of business problems.

Knowledge of USGAAP/IFRS preferred.

Experience on an ERP system such as SAP / OneStream etc. including General Ledger, automated entries, and reporting.
