Hiring: Closing Manager - Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Closing Manager / Assistant Manager Closing with strong experience in post-sales and closing operations within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end customer closing journey, ensuring smooth documentation, legal compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the entire closing process: agreement execution, registration, possession, and final settlements.

- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to ensure timely and hassle-free handovers.

- Ensure statutory compliance including stamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation.

- Resolve customer queries related to documentation, possession, and payments.

- Maintain and update accurate customer records and closing-related documentation.

- Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience during the post-sales phase.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7+ years experience in Closing / Assistant Manager Closing with a reputed real estate developer.

- In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes.

- Strong communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.

- Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
