About the Role
We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Global Sales Operations team for the Water Business Unit (BU). The role will drive pricing strategy, manage global and regional price lists, analyze market competitiveness, and support sales teams with pricing requests.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage Global & Local Price Lists (GLP, CLP), ensuring accuracy in SAP/CPQ and sales tools.

- Define and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.

- Provide daily pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.

- Support Product Management in pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.

- Deliver pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.

- Train global/regional stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.

Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years in pricing management (preferably pump industry or similar).

- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Masters is a plus).

- Technical Skills: Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).

- Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communicator.

- Languages: Fluent in English.

- Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
