Basic Responsibilities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.
- Regularly visit customers and prospects to understand their needs and present suitable products.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase product capabilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5-8 years in sales, preferably in lab testing instruments or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a team and drive them to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain the applications of testing instruments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e. , Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
