Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Pre-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the early stages of the sales process, working closely with Sales Executives/Managers and other stakeholders to identify and qualify leads, conduct initial outreach, and set the stage for successful sales conversions. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and articulate the value of Evaluate AI's solutions in the context of client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, social media platforms, and other available sources.
- Qualify leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure alignment with Evaluate AI's target market.
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage and track leads through the sales pipeline.
Outreach and Engagement:
- Initiate contact with leads via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to introduce Evaluate AI's offerings.
- Conduct cold outreach campaigns to generate new prospect leads and identify opportunities for new business.
- Engage in preliminary conversations with prospects to identify their specific needs related to recruitment and training evaluations.
Sales Support:
- ollaborate closely with Sales Executives and Managers to prepare tailored presentations and product demos.
- Assist in conducting needs assessments through conversations with potential clients to understand their requirements and pain points.
- Schedule discovery calls or demos for the Sales team, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Gather and analyze market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Prepare basic reports on market trends and potential opportunities for the sales and management teams.
Pre-Sales Process Optimization:
- Continuously refine the pre-sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing to align pre-sales initiatives with broader marketing campaigns, pitch decks, case studies, and product information sheets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or sales role, preferably in the SaaS or HR technology sector.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects at various levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and match them with Evaluate AI's solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Excellent presentation and demo skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and the HR technology landscape will be an advantage.
