We are looking for a Pre-sales Manager with 4-10 years of experience in the B2B SaaS industry, who can play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and delivering exceptional pre-sales support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating high-quality presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and enterprise software demonstrations, along with excellent communication and client relationship management skills. This role demands a proven track record of working on complex, high-value opportunities and contributing to revenue growth in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Customized Sales Materials: Create compelling, high-quality presentations, proposals, RFPs, and software demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs.

2. Collaborate on Strategy: Partner with product and sales leadership to prioritize opportunities and align customer solutions with business goals.

3. Build Strong Client Relationships: Work closely with the sales team to build, manage, and maintain robust customer relationships, delivering exceptional pre-sales support.

4. Engage in Customer Interactions: Meet with prospects to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives.

5. Feedback for Product Development: Collect and communicate valuable client feedback to product management and engineering teams, ensuring continuous product improvement.

6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends to enhance pre-sales strategies.

7. Content Visualization and Creation: Leverage your expertise in PowerPoint and other tools to design visually impactful and customized sales content.

8. Deliver Enterprise Projects: Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering successful enterprise Sales Automation implementations.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: 4+ years of experience in pre-sales within the B2B SaaS industry.

2. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS products, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

3. Presentation Skills: Expertise in creating engaging and visually appealing sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.

4. Customer-Focused Approach: Proven ability to engage with clients, identify pain points, and deliver tailored solutions.

5. Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and analyze client requirements, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.

6. Educational Background: A bachelors degree in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

7. Track Record: Demonstrated success in supporting enterprise sales cycles and working on complex, high-value opportunities.
