As the Presales Leader at ourclient - India's No.1 Plotted Layout Developer, you will be at the forefront of driving customer engagement and building a high-performance presales function. You will lead a dynamic team responsible for managing the entire presales lifecycle - from lead qualification and customer nurturing to site visit conversions and seamless handover to sales.

This role demands a strategic thinker and people leader who can combine process excellence, technology adoption, and customer-centricity to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management & Qualification:

- Drive end-to-end management of incoming leads from multiple channels (digital campaigns, website, events, referrals).

- Define qualification criteria based on budget, requirements, and readiness to buy.

- Implement structured lead-nurturing journeys to maximize conversion.

2. Customer Engagement & Experience:

- Be the first brand ambassador for client by ensuring every customer interaction builds trust and interest.

- Provide clear and persuasive project information while handling objections with empathy and professionalism.

- Ensure a customer-first experience that enhances satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the presales team (tele-calling, CRM executives, coordinators).

- Establish a performance-driven culture with defined KPIs for response time, engagement quality, and site visit conversion.

- Conduct regular training to improve communication, objection handling, and product knowledge.

4. Sales Coordination:

- Ensure smooth scheduling of site visits and effective communication between presales and sales teams.

- Track conversion from lead to visit to booking, closing gaps proactively.

- Share actionable insights with the sales leadership team.

5. Marketing Collaboration:

- Partner with marketing to improve lead generation campaigns, track ROI, and recommend changes.

- Provide feedback on lead quality and emerging customer trends.

6. Data & CRM Excellence:

- Champion the use of CRM as a single source of truth for all customer interactions.

- Generate weekly/monthly dashboards on lead flow, conversion rates, and presales productivity.

- Leverage analytics to forecast demand and optimize presales strategies.

7. Market & Competitor Intelligence:

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to position Client projects effectively.

- Share insights with leadership to refine offerings and customer messaging.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 8-12 years of proven experience in real estate presales, preferably in plotted developments or residential projects.

- Strong track record in team leadership, target achievement, and customer engagement.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and project teams.
