Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Presales Lead to drive bid management and sales support activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, business analysis, and technical solutioning skills to support the sales cycle, create compelling proposals, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end presales activities including RFP/RFI responses and bid proposals

- Analyze client business requirements and design appropriate solution proposals

- Collaborate with internal teams including technical, delivery, and domain experts to build viable solutions

- Create high-quality proposals, presentations, and pitch materials tailored to client needs

- Ensure timely delivery of bid responses in compliance with internal processes and quality standards

- Support the sales team in client engagements, solution demonstrations, and deal closures

- Conduct research and provide market intelligence to support regional business development strategies

- Contribute to content creation such as case studies, capability documents, whitepapers, and blogs

- Support marketing and branding efforts for events, webinars, and campaigns

- Adhere to ISMS policies and procedures, ensuring information security compliance

Required Skillset:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in presales, bid management, and sales support

- Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and emerging technologies

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technology solutions

- Expertise in preparing business proposals, solution documents, and presentations

- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

- Strong research skills with the ability to gather market and industry insights

- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal automation tools

- Knowledge of ISMS compliance standards is a plus
